Applications: ODO-L is an emulsifier, with HLB of 4 - 6. It is a lipophilic emulsifier and softener. It can be used as an emulsifier and softener of chewing gum matrix, as a new type of preservative in foodstuff industry, and as an emulsifying and wetting additive in the foodstuff and cosmetics industries.
